The Australian Natural Soap Company Beard Pack provides a low waste and toxin-free option for men to care for their beards. It comes in a reusable tin that is perfect for travel or storing snacks in after use! 

What’s included in the Beard Pack:

  • Zero Waste Beard Shampoo: a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner for the beard, which helps eliminate clutter and simplifies any beard care routine. The bar combines nut and plant oils like Grapeseed, Sweet Almond, Sweet Orange and Lemongrass which will help strengthen, moisturise and soften the beard. These superhero ingredients are gentle on the skin and will assist in soothing irritations. 

  • Man Care Beard and Shave Oil: a multipurpose oil that can be used to tame shaggy beards, as an aftershave or a general moisturiser to treat dry skin. It combines Argan, Rice Bran and Sweet Almond Oils to moisturise and soften hair and skin. As well as Himalayan Cedarwood, Cinnamon and Spearmint Oils to soothe/nourish the skin, keep facial hair feeling lush and provide a refreshing scent.

Naturally good for you:

  • Sweet Almond oil strengthens hair follicles, so the beard stays strong, just like its owner

  • Grape Seed oil is a powerful conditioner and moisturiser, protecting your beard from frizz, split ends and dry hair

  • Cedarwood Oil and Cinnamon Oil contain anti-inflammatory and natural antiseptic properties that soothes and nourishes the skin and will leave your beard feeling silky and smooth

  • Spearmint Oil not only lifts mood and comforts emotional stress from its fresh fragrance, but also fights against dandruff and reduces redness and itchiness to the skin using its anti-inflammatory properties.

Most orders will dispatch within 48 business hours, but please allow 72 hours for your order to be dispatched.

Tracking Confirmation: When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email that includes your parcel's tracking number.

Delivery: Australia Post has advised there are delays due to a high volume of parcel orders and a very limited number of flights leaving Australia. More info available here.

Shipping

Carbon Offset:

We’re committed to delivering better environmental outcomes. We've calculated just how much carbon is used when we process, ship and deliver our parcels using trains, planes and trucks. This calculation is verified as part of the National Carbon Offset Standard program, which provides guidance on measuring, reducing, offsetting and reporting emissions that occur as a result of our operations.
 
Carbon credits are bought mostly in Australia through our delivery partners to offset our impact.
Apparel, Footwear & Accessories:
If you have purchased multiple items from multiple brands, please note sometimes these will be shipped out to you individually, usually within 2 working days of ordering*. For example, if you have purchased an item of Wilga Clothing and a Luna&Sun item, you will receive two separate parcels.
Some of our brands are made to order or small batch and will ship within 14 working days of processing your order. Pre-order items are shipped as per listing release dates. Please check the product page for information on each item.
We are working to eliminate excess costs a much as possible, with as little impact as possible. In some circumstances we cannot offer express delivery as it’s not always the most sustainable option.
*Some of our brand network process orders directly from their warehouse reducing our overall impact on stock, packaging and transportation.
 

Shipping to Australian customers:
All orders over $150 will ship FREE, orders under $150 will be charged as calculated at checkout.
Express post is available for all purchases made before 11am on the day of dispatch for $15.
Shipping to International customers:
Standard shipping will be a flat fee of $35AUD.

Please note: If you purchase from outside of Australia, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Swimwear - one-piece or bikini bottom Exchanges can only be processed if items are unworn and with hygiene stickers in place.
All Exchange items must be returned with tags on and/or in original packaging, with all original packaging in perfect condition.
Please note: All returns and exchanges need to be returned to their shipping origin to be processed.
How to:
1. Email info@thereformstore.com to request an Exchange within 7 business days of delivery of your goods.
2. Wait for approval of the Exchange and the Returns address for your item.
3. Post the item to the Returns address within 14 days of requesting your Exchange and enter the parcel tracking number in your account, or send it via email to info@thereformstore.com
4. Once the original item is received we will send you the replacement item.
 As we work with small independent designers, it is necessary to charge for replacement item shipping.

To Return a product, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your goods. Once your Return request is approved, you must send the item with tracking number within 7 days of approval.

1. Email info@thereformstore.com to request a Return within 7 days of delivery of your goods.
2. Wait for approval of the Return and Returns address for your item.
3. You will be issued a Returns slip which you must print out and send with the package, indicating whether you want a Refund or Store Credit.
4. Post the item to the Returns address within 7 days of your Return being approved and enter the parcel tracking number in your account, or send it via email to info@thereformstore.com

Our range of brands exists within the slow fashion sector, meaning low quantities are manufactured at any given time. Our brands consider the processes and resources required to make clothing, involving the use of better-quality materials and components that will last longer. They also value fair treatment of people, animals and the planet.
 
Working with independent brands selling exclusive stock means sometimes  items sell out quickly and our website may not update in live time.
If your order is out of stock The Reform Store will be in touch to let you know. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by a stock discrepancy.
