There really is no other name for this amazing cleansing balm in bar form. SuperStar! is a multi-tasking wonder bar that is both a face cleanser, moisturiser and makeup remover, for all skin types, but especially dry ones.

SuperStar! leaves behind a nice layer of hydration without being slick or greasy. The bar leaves skin silky smooth with its combination of cocoa butter, kokum butter, coconut oil and cleansing castor oil. Sweet Orange essential oil helps break down oil and grease and leaves you smelling super sweet.

How to use SuperStar!:

1. Grab an oval and wet it in your hands under warm water (you want it to be a nice warm temperature, so don’t use lukewarm water). Rub the bar between your hands.

2. Once a small amount has been deposited on your hands, rub small circles directly onto your face, and massage well into congested areas, like your eyelids if you have eye make up on, or your nose if you suffer from blackheads. (Pro tip: castor oil helps dissolve sebum trapped in pores.)

3. Grab a face cloth and run under warm water, use the face cloth on your face to remove the make-up and SuperStar! residue. This step should remove all make-up and left-over product on your skin. Ta-da!

This AMAZING exfoliating and cleansing sponge is also 100% biodegradable and infused with a super antioxidant known for its anti-ageing, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties to fight free radicals and remove makeup with just WATER!

Description

Simple, effective and deep cleansing, this sponge will cleanse like nothing you have ever experienced, leaving the face fresh, glowing and silky smooth. Whilst balancing the skin’s pH levels with its natural alkalinity. The fibrous structure of the sponge gently exfoliates everyday dirt & makeup, while Turmeric counteracts excess sebum & helps combat acne bacteria with its antioxidant properties. The addition of turmeric makes this the perfect sponge for anti-ageing, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.

How to

Step 1: Soak Turmeric Konjac Sponge in water and watch it slowly expand to its shape. This sponge is gently freeze dried straight after being manufactured to preserve its healing benefits.

Step 2: Squeeze out excess water and cleanse/exfoliate by gently using a circular motion all over your face, rinse and repeat as many times as necessary. Once complete rinse with water and hang to dry.

Step 3: For a deeper clean apply your favourite cleanser and repeat step 2. Once complete rinse with water and hang to dry.

Care/Ingredients

After each use hand wash with warm water and hang to dry. Once a week, place your konjac sponge in very hot (not boiling) water for about 5 minutes to disinfect it. Each konjac sponge will last for 6-9 weeks depending on use/care. You will notice your sponge will begin to biodegrade towards the end of its life - this is pretty AMAZING to watch, as it means there is little to no waste!

How to

Step 1: Soak Green Tea Konjac Sponge in water and watch it slowly expand to its shape. This sponge is gently freeze dried straight after being manufactured to preserve its healing benefits.

Step 2: Squeeze out excess water and cleanse/exfoliate by gently using a circular motion all over your face, rinse and repeat as many times as necessary. Once complete rinse with water and hang to dry.

Step 3: For a deeper clean apply your favourite cleanser and repeat step 2. Once complete rinse with water and hang to dry.

Care/Ingredients

After each use hand wash with warm water and hang to dry. Once a week, place your konjac sponge in very hot (not boiling) water for about 5 minutes to disinfect it. Most orders will dispatch within 48 business hours, but please allow 72 hours for your order to be dispatched.

Tracking Confirmation: When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email that includes your parcel's tracking number.

Delivery: Australia Post has advised there are delays due to a high volume of parcel orders and a very limited number of flights leaving Australia. More info available here.

Shipping

Carbon Offset:

We’re committed to delivering better environmental outcomes. We've calculated just how much carbon is used when we process, ship and deliver our parcels using trains, planes and trucks. This calculation is verified as part of the National Carbon Offset Standard program, which provides guidance on measuring, reducing, offsetting and reporting emissions that occur as a result of our operations.

Carbon credits are bought mostly in Australia through our delivery partners to offset our impact.

Apparel, Footwear & Accessories:

If you have purchased multiple items from multiple brands, please note sometimes these will be shipped out to you individually, usually within 2 working days of ordering*. For example, if you have purchased an item of Wilga Clothing and a Luna&Sun item, you will receive two separate parcels.

Some of our brands are made to order or small batch and will ship within 14 working days of processing your order. Pre-order items are shipped as per listing release dates. Please check the product page for information on each item.

We are working to eliminate excess costs a much as possible, with as little impact as possible. In some circumstances we cannot offer express delivery as it’s not always the most sustainable option.

*Some of our brand network process orders directly from their warehouse reducing our overall impact on stock, packaging and transportation.

Shipping to Australian customers:

All orders over $150 will ship FREE, orders under $150 will be charged as calculated at checkout.

Express post is available for all purchases made before 11am on the day of dispatch for $15.

Shipping to International customers:

Standard shipping will be a flat fee of $35AUD.

Please note: If you purchase from outside of Australia, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note: All returns and exchanges need to be returned to their shipping origin to be processed.

How to:

1. Email info@thereformstore.com to request an Exchange within 7 business days of delivery of your goods.
2. Wait for approval of the Exchange and the Returns address for your item.
3. Post the item to the Returns address within 14 days of requesting your Exchange and enter the parcel tracking number in your account, or send it via email to info@thereformstore.com
4. Once the original item is received we will send you the replacement item.

As we work with small independent designers, it is necessary to charge for replacement item shipping.

3. You will be issued a Returns slip which you must print out and send with the package, indicating whether you want a Refund or Store Credit.
